VPS-managed EA installation and maintenance agreement for VPS

This agreement applies to users who subscribe to the EA installation and maintenance service on VPS of Gold Progress ("the Provider") in addition to Terms of Use, Risk Warning and Privacy Policy If the texts conflict, this agreement prevails for this service. VPS

1. Scope of service

  1. The Provider supplies a VPS, installs MetaTrader 5, the EA and Monitor EA, configures them as the User specifies and confirms, and keeps the programs running: checking when offline, restarting, and updating the EA to the latest version.
  2. This servicedoes not include trading decisions, opening or closing orders on the User's behalf, choosing a broker, deposits and withdrawals, and EA license fees, which are paid separately.

2. Login credentials

  1. The User submits the account number, MT5 password and server namethrough the form on the website only. The Provider will never ask for passwords via LINE, phone or email.
  2. Passwords are encrypted before being stored. The team can view it only once, solely to log in to MT5 on the VPS, and willdelete it from the website and database immediately after installation is complete. If installation has not happened, the system deletes it automatically within 7 days.
  3. The password is saved only in the MT5 program on the VPS that runs the User's account, to allow automatic reconnection. VPS access is limited to assigned team members.
  4. The Provider does not ask for the broker's member-area password and cannot deposit into or withdraw from the User's account.

3. User responsibilities

  1. Set the broker member-area password (used for deposits/withdrawals) to bedifferent from the password MT5
  2. Do not run the EA on the same account from another machine at the same time, as it may open duplicate orders.
  3. Notify via the website form when you change your MT5 password. Until then, the EA will stop working.
  4. Orders the User opens or closes personally, and EA setting changes made at the User's request, are the User's responsibility.

4. Trading and liability

  1. All trades in the account come from the EA with the values the User selected, or from the User. The Provider does not open or close orders by itself, unless the User commands it through the website's command system or requests it in writing.
  2. Profits and losses from trading belong to the User. The Provider does not guarantee any return.
  3. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by market conditions, the broker, internet delays or failures, the VPS provider or force majeure.
  4. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the fees the User paid in the most recent 3 months. This does not apply to damages caused by the Provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Availability

  1. The Provider will do its best to keep the system running continuously but does not guarantee it will work at all times. 100%
  2. When the system goes offline, it alerts the Provider, and the Provider will begin fixing it within 12 hours
  3. If downtime on the Provider's side exceeds 24 hours in total in any month, the User receives compensation days equal to the downtime.

6. Fees, suspension and cancellation

  1. This serviceIncluded in the package VIP at no extra cost, valid for the duration of the prepaid package (users who previously subscribed to the monthly service can use it until the date they paid for).
  2. If you switch to a package that does not include this service, the Provider will remove your account from the VPS within 24 hours without closing any open orders. The User must then install the EA on their own machine.
  3. When the term ends and payment has not been made, the system willPause EA (not start new cycles, but will keep managing open orders until the cycle ends) and notify the User.
  4. If payment is still not made within 7 days the Provider will remove the account from VPS without closing open orders unless the User commands it. The User must manage open orders themselves.
  5. The User may cancel at any time by notifying through the website. The Provider will remove the account and password from the VPS within 24 hours and recommends that the User change their MT5 password after cancellation.

7. Data security

  1. The Provider maintains VPS security to an appropriate standard. If a breach that may affect the User occurs, the Provider will notify the User without delay and notify the relevant authorities as required by law.
