Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between Gold Progress ("the Provider") and applicants and users of the service Gold Progress ("the User") Registering as a member, paying, downloading or using the EA means the User has read, understood and accepted these terms, including Risk Warning and Privacy Policy

1. Service

  1. The Provider grants the right to use an automated trading program (Expert Advisor or "EA") on MetaTrader 5 per account, together with a web page for tracking results (Monitor / Office), a system for pausing or closing orders from the web, and notifications.
  2. the ProvidercannotThe Provider does not accept investment deposits, does not manage money on the User's behalf, is not a broker, and does not ask for the User's trading account password, except for those who subscribe tothe EA care service on VPS which follows the VPS service agreement. The User's funds remain at all times in the User's own account with the broker the User chose.
  3. EA runs on the User's computer or VPS. The User installs, configures, starts and stops the EA personally, and decides whether to use it on their own account. (VPS-managed service users: the Provider installs and maintains the program according to the settings the User specifies, but the User still makes the trading decisions.)
  4. All information and servicesNot investment advice and the Provider is not a licensed investment adviser.

2. User account

  1. The User must be at least 20 years old and provide truthful information, especially the MT5 account number and contact details.
  2. The User must keep the web password and the Monitor EA API key confidential and is responsible for all actions made through their account, including close-order commands from the web. If a leak is suspected, change the password and create a new API key immediately, then notify the Provider.
  3. One person should have one user account. The Provider may refuse or suspend accounts that provide false information.

3. License and use EA

  1. One license can be used withone account number only, as registered, and is bound to the broker server the EA first connects to. Changing servers requires notifying the Provider.
  2. A license covers all EAs in the service for the paid period and expires at 23:59 Thailand time on the expiry date. After expiry, the EA keeps managing open orders until the cycle ends but will not start a new cycle.
  3. New members receive a trial of 14 days after the admin approves the account. The trial is availableonce per person . While unpaid, 1 account can be used, and accounts added later must be paid for before activation. The Provider may adjust the trial terms.
  4. If multiple registrations or the use of another person's information to claim repeated trials is found, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel licenses obtained by such actions.
  5. EA An internet connection is required to verify the license periodically. If it cannot connect, the EA can temporarily use a backup entitlement as determined by the system.
  6. the UserThe User must not: distribute, sell, rent or share EA files or licenses with others · decrypt, modify or attempt to bypass the license verification system · use the service unlawfully or in a way that disrupts the Provider's systems
  7. Accounts running the EA must not be used as a source for other accounts to copy trades whether through a broker's Copy Trade / Social Trading system, a signal service (such as MQL5 Signals), a trade-copier program or any other means, including selling or distributing signals from such an account — each account that wants the EA's trading results must have its own license. If such conduct is found, the Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend all of the User's licenses without refund.
  8. Orders opened by the EA carry alicense reference code (, 5 characters at the end of the comment, for example "#K7Q2X") It is used to verify the origin of trades. The User does not need to configure anything, and this code does not reveal personal information or the account number.

4. Pricing and payment

  1. Prices and durations follow the packages shown on the website at the time of order. The Provider may change prices without affecting orders already paid.
  2. Pay only via PromptPay or by transfer to the account shown on the payment page, and attach the slip through the system. The Provider adds usage days after verifying the amount received.
  3. Additional days purchased are counted from the existing expiry date if the license has not yet expired, or from the approval date if it has expired.
  4. Packages are priced per 1 account (Starter / Pro AI / VIP) and include all functions listed in the package, with no separate add-on fees. Accounts opened later receive the discount shown on the website, as long as the first account remains active.
  5. When changing packages before expiry, the remaining days of the old package are converted into days of the new package by value (for example, upgrading to a more expensive package reduces the remaining days in proportion to the price), and newly purchased days are then added on.
  6. Orders without a slip attached within 3 days will be cancelled automatically
  7. Refer-a-friend program: people who sign up with a member's code or link get a discount on their first payment as shown on the website (not combinable with other discounts; the larger discount applies). The referrer receives a reward in usage days, not cash; it cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others, and is credited after the refund period ends. If the friend's order is refunded, the reward from that order is cancelled. The Provider may suspend rewards or accounts that refer themselves, register multiple accounts, or advertise misleadingly (for example, claiming guaranteed profits), and may modify or cancel the program without affecting rewards already credited.

5. Refunds

  1. The User may request a refund within 3 days days from the payment date, only where the EA cannot be used due to a fault in the Provider's system and the Provider cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  2. No refund in these cases: trading losses or results that differ from expectations · change of mind after starting to use the service · problems caused by the broker, VPS, internet or the User's settings · suspension for violating these terms
  3. Refunds are transferred back to the payer's account and may be calculated in proportion to the unused days.

6. Controlling the EA from the web page

  1. The functions for pausing, closing orders and closing at target work when the Userhas enabled them in Monitor EA and MT5 is online. Commands reach the EA over the internet on its connection cycle, not instantly.
  2. Commands may be delayed, partially executed or fail, for example when the VPS is down, the internet is disrupted, the market is closed, liquidity is low, or the broker rejects the order. The actual closing price may differ from the figures shown on the web. The User must always check the result in MT5 and should not rely on the web page as the only means of managing risk.
  3. Commands that do not reach the EA within the time set by the system are cancelled and will not run retroactively.
  4. The Provider's team may command a pause Pause EA on the User's account for safety when necessary (without closing orders), and will command a closeClose orderson the User's behalf only when the User requests it. Every command is recorded and shown in the User's command history.

7. Risks and no warranty

  1. Trading carries high risk. The User may lose all the money in their account. Details are in Risk Warning
  2. The service is provided "as is" the Providerwith no guarantee of profit, rate of return or any trading result, and no guarantee that the system will run continuously without errors at all times.
  3. Statistics, charts and trading results shown are historical data and do not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of liability

  1. The Provider is not liable for trading losses or damages arising from: the User's decisions and settings · the broker, VPS, internet or MetaTrader program · abnormal market conditions, price gaps or wide spreads · force majeure
  2. In any case, the Provider's total liability to the User shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the User in the 3 months before the event, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Suspension and termination

  1. The Provider may suspend or cancel an account or license immediately without refund if the User violates these terms, commits payment fraud or misuses the service.
  2. The User may stop using the service at any time by removing the EA from MT5, and may request account closure under Privacy Policy
  3. If the Provider discontinues the whole service, reasonable advance notice will be given and a refund in proportion to unused days will be considered.

10. Intellectual property

EA The source code, website, names, logos and all content are the property of the Provider. The User receives only the right to use under the license, with no transfer of ownership.

11. Changes to the terms

The Provider may amend these terms by publishing the new version on the website. For material changes, the system will ask the User to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first try to resolve it through negotiation.
